REGISTRATION
When you register to volunteer, you will receive a confirmation email for the registration. There are a variety of activites for the volunteers. If you are unable to volunteer, please cancel or reschedule your registeration. There is a blue button at the bottom of the email confirmation. NOTE: If you are trying to register and it is not available, the spots have been taken.
BAG STUFFING
Body, Mind, & Spirit Expo
Friday, September 13th, 2024
4 PM – 6 PM
We will be stuffing marketing materials in 400 bags for the BMSE expo.
BODY, MIND, & SPIRIT EXPO
Thursday, September 19th, 2024
3 PM – 5 PM
SETUP CREW. We will be setting up the booth for the expo. You need to be able to unload, unpack, and assist with assembling the booth and lights.

Friday, September 20th, 2024
12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
We are making connections and handing out bags. You will be sharing your experience with DYSG. The volunteers get into the expo for FREE.
3 Hour Shifts:
- 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday, September 20th, 2024
10 AM – 7 PM

- 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

3 Hour Shifts:
- 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- 2:30 PM- 5:30 PM
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Break Down)
BREAK DOWN CREW at 5 PM: You will need to be able to pack up, load, and unassembled the booth. This usually takes us about 30 minutes.
